Home to a wonder-filled mix of remote wilderness, soaring mountains and river valleys, the World Heritage-listed Mount Aspiring National Park is truly awe-inspiring. Travel to the picturesque township of Glenorchy from Queenstown for a breathtaking jet boat ride in the thick of it! With unrivalled National Park access, you'll be able to cover up to 90km of river, making it the longest jet boat ride in the region. Enjoy a more relaxed pace as you meander along the serpentine glacier-fed Dart River, taking in the beautiful riverside sights and the area's rich history shared by your guide. Due to the ever-changing nature of the environment, every trip brings different delights.
Session Length
- Please allow four hours for this experience. You will be on the jet boat for two hours
- Available Thursday to Monday
- Departs Queenstown at 8:30am. Please check in 15 minutes early
- You can opt to self drive to Glenorchy if preferred, check-in will be at 9:15am
Guidelines
- Minimum child height is 100cm, but may be increased to 120cm in some river conditions
- Not suitable for pregnant women, those with specific medical conditions, including people who suffer from back or neck injuries
Cancellation
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Dress Code
Sunglasses, woollen hat or beanie, sunscreen, warm outer layer, thermal layer (in cold conditions) and sturdy footwear.
