Experience true wellness as you visit the Pavillion Pools at Polynesian Spa. Sink into a number of calming hot pools, undertake a beautiful reflexology walk and swim in a deep alkaline pool, all sourced from natural mineral springs with acidic and alkaline properties.

Slow it right down at Polynesian Spa, New Zealand's original and iconic geothermal bathing and luxury spa retreat. All 28 mineral pools at the Spa are fed from two natural springs boasting restorative qualities. The slightly acidic Priest Spring waters relieve tired muscles, aches and pains while the alkaline waters of the Rachel Spring nourish skin. You will have access to the Pavilion Pools, exclusively reserved for those aged 12 years and over, featuring calming hot pools, a reflexology walk and a deep pool to swim in. Feel all your worries gently slip away as you sink into the warm waters, admiring sweeping views of Lake Rotorua as you relax.

Session Length
- Please allow 1-2 hours for this experience
- Opening hours: open 7 days a week, 9am to 10pm. Last entry 9:15pm.
Guidelines
- Participants must be 12 years and over. Those aged 12-18 years must be with a guardian
- It is recommend you eat before your warm mineral pool soak
- Participants with underlying medical or health condition are advised to consult their doctor should they have any queries regarding the use of hot pools
- Mineral water will tarnish silver jewellery and some gold. Please remove all jewellery before entering the pools as the provider accepts no responsibility for any tarnished jewellery
- Prolonged immersion in the hotter pools may cause dehydration and fainting. When exiting the pool, take care and use the hand rails provided
- It is recommended you do not stay in hotter water for more than fifteen minutes at a time

Cancellation
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Dress Code
Recognised swimwear must be worn at all times whilst bathing in the pools. Street clothing and underwear is not permitted. When inside the retreat, please wear a robe, towel or clothing.
