Embark on the ultimate New Zealand adventure, a breathtaking skydive over the stunning North Island! Your journey begins with an exhilarating 20 minute scenic flight offering panoramic views of the island's diverse landscape. As you climb to altitude, you'll witness the majesty of Mount Taranaki and the shimmering waters of the Bay of Plenty stretching out before you.
But the real thrill is yet to come. Once you reach jump altitude, prepare for an adrenaline rush like no other. Securely harnessed to your experienced tandem instructor, you'll leap from the aircraft into the crisp New Zealand air. Feel your heart race as you freefall at an incredible 200km/h, the wind rushing past as Tauranga's beautiful landscape unfolds beneath you. After an exhilarating freefall, your instructor will deploy the parachute, allowing you to catch your breath and soak in the serene beauty around you during a peaceful canopy ride.
This experience runs for a duration of 1.5 hours.
The maximum weight limit is 115kg, with a minimum age of 7 years. A brief conversation with younger jumpers will be held to ensure they feel comfortable and ready. As no medical advice can be given, it's recommended to consult a doctor if there are any health concerns.
Spectators are warmly invited to join. You can watch from outside the hangar, and in favorable weather conditions, you may have the opportunity to see the jumpers exit the plane, experience their freefall, and witness their landing right before your eyes.
Skydiving is weather-dependent, but the location is in one of the sunniest regions of New Zealand, with generally reliable conditions. If weather conditions aren't favorable, notification will be provided on the morning of the scheduled jump.
Please wear secure, tie-up shoes and comfortable clothing. If the weather is cooler and you're sensitive to the cold, bringing warm layers is recommended. A jumpsuit will be provided, which can be worn over your clothing, though it is optional.
