This guided tour covers all of the must-see attractions of Rotorua; the world-famous Pohutu Geyser, New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute and the native kiwi bird. Enjoy a 90 minute tour through the Te Puia Geothermal Valley.
This half day tour is the perfect way to experience New Zealand's traditional Maori culture. Departing from Auckland, enjoy a three hour scenic drive to the Bay of Plenty. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the Maori residents. Afterwards, enjoy a 90 minute guided tour through the 60 hectares of Te Puia Geothermal Valley including the largest active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere, the Pohutu Geyser. Discover the bubbling mud pools, visit the kiwi enclosure and experience New Zealand's traditional carving and weaving firsthand.
