Cruise the stunning Lake Wakatipu on Queenstown's iconic steamship the TSS Earnslaw. A truly amazing way to witness the incredible alpine scenery while enjoying a piece of Queenstown's history.
Experience a working vintage steamship in action aboard the TSS Earnslaw, a true Queenstown icon dating back to 1913.
This is a relaxed, leisurely cruise which will showcase the incredible stunning scenery of Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown.
You can visit the engine room and see the engines at work, check out the photographic display showcasing the TSS Earnslaw's history, on simply sit back and enjoy the view whilst the onboard pianist plays. You will also have access to the licensed on board cafe.
This experience is part of the Responsible range as it holds a Qualmark Enviro-Gold endorsement and was awarded the NZ Tourism Industry Conservation in Action Award. Through fundraising, charity events and passenger levies, the provider supports no less than nine conservation projects and takes an active and logistic role in trapping, pest control and coastal clean up in the Fiordland area.
