Get ready to soar above some of New Zealand's most pristine landscapes. Discover the thrill of spreading your wings for 10 to 20 minutes as you and a certified paragliding pilot see the views of Wanaka from incredible heights.
Launch from New Zealand's highest commercial paragliding site and soar above the stunning mountain ridges. During this tandem paragliding experience, you'll get a bird's-eye view of Queenstown and its magnificent surroundings. After a brief orientation, you'll take a few quick steps and be lifted into the sky by your highly-trained pilot. Opt for a gentle glide to the valley floor or ask for the thrilling "roller coaster ride" for a descent that will leave you breathless. With flight times between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on the season and weather, you'll have ample opportunity to take in the incredible views.

This experience caters for groups of between one to six participants per trip, depending on the time of year.
Spectators can come along free of charge. There is a comfy spot to admire the flights and landings.
Paragliding is a weather dependent activity. If Skytrek cancels due to weather, a full refund is given if the booking can't be re-scheduled.
